Plans

The Mobile Japanese Garden was designed by one of the foremost Japanese Garden Designers in the U.S.. Takeo Uesugi of Takeo Uesugi & Associates drew up the original plans for the Mobile Japanese Garden in 2001. His approach commissioned three teams of students from his class at California Polytechnical University in Pomona California to draw up their ideas for the garden. Mr. Uesugi then developed a formal set of drawings for the garden. An overview of the that plan is presented below.
